Taking On Responsibilities
There are many responsibilities and jobs we have in life that we can embrace instead of complaining about it. Like going to school every day, or even just waking up in the morning. Tasks you do daily in a positive mindset can change your whole day - or maybe your whole week. Even just waking up one morning thanking yourself for all the tough things you do can change your mood even a little bit. Take up the little responsibilities life throws at you and be generous by cutting yourself some slack.

You can also be generous with other people’s responsibilities. You can - if you so desire - take up other people’s tasks to help someone in need. Like helping someone with a project, or guiding someone through a rough time. Nobody has to deal with things alone. You don’t have to feel like you have to do everything all by yourself. Even if you feel like it’s stupid to have someone’s company while you study for a test, or take a walk outside. Simple things you do every day can be with someone else. And even if you’re not that recipient, you can be the reciprocator.
