The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. After a couple of weeks I’m back on mpp. It got banned off of all school devices had to hack through it. My group a little bit tired of life is back up and running so any former members make sure your still joined! I look forward to being back here!!

@omgitsfinneas we had our first Football game w band but we have to play at freshmen level because the freshmen don’t know the songs, we sound AWEFUL. we have a new band director he she teaches us like middle schoolers
