Knox Well you don’t have to be friends with someone to respect their existence : ) Being respectful goes beyond being besties or whatnot. You don’t have to like your substitute teacher to give respect, nor do you have to like your parents to give them respect. In someone else’s shoes, we can all be nasty too. So if nobody respected you because of that, it would feel a lot different.
