@Father_Earth Like Galaxy said, the numbness could be a trauma responce, like shutting down emotions. I don’t know why people are holding grudges against you and how it plays into it reminding you of your past, but it definitely sounds serious enough to mention to your therapist if you havent already. I’m curious what advice they give you that doesn’t help.
