    Information regarding caffeine:
    I dont recommend drinking caffeine as soon as you wake up (common mistake people make) because caffeine doesnt make you not sleepy, it just numbs your central nervous system (your “sleepy sensor” lol). If you want caffeine, wait at least 1-2 hours after waking up so you can let your body naturally wake up on it’s own without the outside chemical stimulant. Do some walking as soon as you wake up. Literally get the blood flowin’ lool

    If you do click on “Teen (for my child)” then It will give you an option to bring you to the second best choice Teen counseling

    The one I used was 7 Cups Which is a site where you get to relate to a community and grow together, they have chat rooms and 1 on 1’s to help you get started.
    They also have quizes every day to track your mood (Not very reliable but it calculates my growth.)

    You can also use Psychology Today and call Therapists and Psychologists near you.
