Information regarding caffeine:
I dont recommend drinking caffeine as soon as you wake up (common mistake people make) because caffeine doesnt make you not sleepy, it just numbs your central nervous system (your “sleepy sensor” lol). If you want caffeine, wait at least 1-2 hours after waking up so you can let your body naturally wake up on it’s own without the outside chemical stimulant. Do some walking as soon as you wake up. Literally get the blood flowin’ lool
