Blake I mean it is, to an extent, but itโs not like a super rare thing, because you have to remember thereโs a shit ton of people on Earth, so itโs naturally going to affect more people.
(Now, if there wereโฆ9 people total, and it still affected about 30%, about 3 people would be affected, and then itโd be kinda rare, because itโs only a few people who are affected, etc.) -
