I just don't understand how people take naps

If I try and take a nap I’m going to be sleep for 5 hours and if I try to take 115 20 minute nap did I just feel groggy and cranky and like I need more sleep and I just go back to sleep

when I try to take a nap, I find myself buried into a book and a world i do not want to escape

i don’t like taking naps because they make me feel more tired, besides, i have more productive things to do than nap, why waste my time unconscious
