Teleport for many logical reasons
In prison? Haha, not anymore.
Anything to do with police? Not at the moment, no.
Gotta ride the bus home? Walk? Parent pickup? Never again. Home as soon as the final bell rings.
Work? Teleport. Home? Teleport. In any sort of sticky situation? Nope.
Downsides? None.
Reasons why mind reading would be great:
Playing games for fame or money? Read the opponents mind, and you can win that money easily, which could take you to your brand new mansion. Someone planning something bad for you? Plans foiled. Someone keeping a secret from you? Not anymore.
Downsides may be learning of things you wish you didn’t know, specifically about people, and that you constantly read minds, therefore constant headache.

Overall, teleportation is better and is preferred for me.

Given the choice of any ability, I’d say time manipulation. Fast forward, rewind, pause, etc. It would be so convenient in any and all situations. Example:

Me: “Hey how old are you?”

Person: “Uh- what?”

M: “How old are you?”

P: “[their age]?”

M: “Aite thanks!” Rewinds time to before I asked and just continues on with my day

This can and does apply to all situations in which you would need to get information from someone or somewhere, or just pausing time and leaving a really boring setting. Hell, even racing would be at your advantage, because you could slow down time slightly and then just walk at a normal speed, and to everyone else it’d look like you were running.

]- Jinx "Snortable" Powder -[ Pausing time would be the best of these imo. As long as you didnt age when time would pause, although logically speaking you would. The problem with all of these is that logically speaking you would always get older no matter what. Reversing time would either have to erase your memory when you went back in time, or you’d have to stay the same age when you reversed it. So if we are to assume this isnt an issue, and say maybe you can reverse your own aging, then that opens a whole new realm of possibility. In either case pausing time would allow you to stop and think in intense situations, or just stop and take a break whenever you want. you could study for 5 hours in the 5 minutes before a test. You could become the smartest person in the world in a millisecond. You could effectively teleport, and do anything instantly, only at the cost of your own personal patience.

@MrTree to clear this up, id still age normally, but not when paused, as time isn’t passing technically. And I would retain my memory when rewinding like Max from life is strange, so I’d essentially have knowledge of multiple timelines.

Also, absolutely. Those last few sentences are why it’s the best ability I can think of. It can essentially be used as a multitude of other powers, while still being its own thing.
Super speed, teleporting, super strong punches (technically if you got into the like science of it), knowledge, mock-mind reading, etc etc.
