i want people to know that they can seek help. whether it be in person with a professional or online with me. I simply want to help people. I’ve studied psychology for a while and i know that if y’all will talk i will listen and i will do everything in my power to help y’all. understand you’re not alone through this. people relate to it and people will listen. I’ve been through hell and back and i know people who’ve seen worse. I want people to vent to me, talk to me, and just seek the help people need. even if you can’t do it with a person in real life. the help is here and there. i love y’all and this community. i know we can make it through whatever it is you need ❤ -
