something weird that always happens to me

so i have this one 3 year old creepy image saved in my computer, and everytime i try to upload it, it always comes out as “there was an error while uploading the image” even if i screenshot it or edit the image

i know this isn’t a problem for all of my other images for this reason
i can upload any other image
