There are different ways

you don’t.

If you own a Mersuit (Sex fursuit), you can use the bathroom in that hole…-

Take off the body suit of the fursuit and use the bathroom there

If your fursuit’s body is made up of two different parts, you can pull down the bottom half and do it that way.

some fursuits don’t have a full body, and are only partials (containing the head, paws, tail(s), and feet of the fursona), and the other parts are covered by clothes, so you can just pull down your pants and do your business that way.
