“it sucks to feel like this but i mean ?.. what else are we supposed to do ya know”
There is something you can do about it. While it’s okay to be sad, it’s not good to believe you can’t do anything about it. People’s lives change all the time. Maybe you don’t think you have that power and you might not have the will right now, but it’s definitely not something that will forever be. But I want to remind you, that, even though it can change, that’s not to say you can’t feel sad right now. I really don’t know what you can do to change your situation since I don’t know what it is. Unfortunately, most of the solution to fix things goes back to the mindset. @MrTree said to me this quote a few times, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right." Which is is really great life philosophy if you’re feeling powerless and like your life is unchangeable. It’s all about your mindset. Acknowledging your pain is one thing, but taking that and doing something about it for yourself is a whole new challenge. So I don’t expect you to act on doing anything till you understand the power of your mindset. A good mindset vs a denial mindset though…that’s a topic for another time xD“im not good enough for shit no one truly loves me for who i am and it sucks”
I’m not going to just say a blanket statement and say “of course someone loves you for you” because I don’t know your life. I don’t know who’s in it. And I don’t know how they feel about you. People in your life could actually really love you for who you are, but I’ll tell you this: That means diddly when you still feel unloved. That’s just the facts. If you don’t feel loved, it can feel like there’s no point in someone saying they love you. It just feels like water off a duck’s back. Especially when nobody actually shows their love. If I someone says “I love you,” what’s the point when they don’t do anything to prove that, yknow?I’m spending this time to say this all to you because I do love you. The people who I see struggling, gosh, I love them the most. I can guarantee you that I will always love everyone for who they present themselves as. And I’ll love everyone for who they hide. I’m just some lady online, and it doesn’t feel very personal since we’re not close and stuff. But to me - you can at least know you will be heard and loved from people in this community (not to say there aren’t some jerks either lol). For some people, it’s all they have to share things like this. Their true feelings about their lives and mental health. I’m not telling you to beleive me. It might be hard to find where people love you when you don’t think it’s there at all. There’s a little somewhere. And the best way to cultivate that is to accept it. Believe it. And know it’s worth. Because you are worth loving. Everyone is.

@Jordan-808 Yeah, honestly. That’s true. When you value what you have done, what you do, and who you are, life’s challenges aren’t as hard as when you see yourself as a failure.
