In fact, a circle the size of the Earth’s equator, with a circumference of 40,075 kilometres, which is one edge of a megagon inscribed in such a circle would be around 40 meters long. The difference between the perimeter of the megagon and the circumference of this circle is less than 1/16 millimeters.
