So I went to the gym yesterday with my gf that was fun but my ex’s ex bf was there and he was giving us dirty looks and right then i was working on my abs on the machine and it was set to 70lbs and i did 1 rep of 20 let my gf do her rep then i did another rep then after that i did 65lb biceps curls did 2 reps of 20 for basically everything and my ex’s ex watched me in envy
