I’d use the money to buy a house with more rooms.
If I can’t use the magic paint I’d simply go to all the other houses and k- dispose of the owner. I’d use some construction mahcine to lift up the room and bring it to my house, and then keep doing that until I’ve attatched every single room color in one house.
