and i used the breathing techniques me and jackie (my therapist) have been working on so im rly proud of myself bc i calmed myself down while having an attack which is a first. so my moms out of town rn bc my nana had surgery and she wanted to be with her mom.
so my dad went out for a ride on his motorcycle at 7:30ish right. 9 o’clock comes and passes and my grandma (his mom) calls me bc he didnt pick up the phone. i explain he was on the bike and go to sleep. next thing ik my little sister come running into my room at like 10:20 saying someones knocking and ringing the doorbell, we sit in my room for 10 minutes and i call my dad, it went straight to voicemail. i notice my mom called me so i call her back and its her friend at the door checking on us. so we go to her friends house so we dont have to be alone yk? so atp i think my mom got bad news bc she called her friend to come get us and stuff, and my anxietys spiking up hella bad and shit. 30 minutes later my dad shows up. he says that my aunt sadie is probably gonna die soon and he needed to take a ride but bc of a lightning storm his phone glitched and none of our calls went through.
so now everyones mad at him. and yes ik its not his fay but i cant help but be a little pissed i nearly had an anxiety attack for nothing. and now im scared of being home alone with my sister.
