im not going to a mental hospital only bc one, i can’t, two, bc it wouldn’t work, and three bc of the thing im going to share…
so… my brother is really abusive and when i say that he’s abusive i mean it. he pushed my mom several times and even fucked up her shoulder. this was recently like a month or so ago i dont quite remember what exact date but really ever since then me and my brother haven’t gotten along very much. and when this whole thing happened i was over at kayas so i wasn’t even home. well apparently this all started when my brother got caught from stealing my moms weed and lying about it. he also stole money from her so that way she would buy him a vape. and when my mom found out she took his computer away so my brother got mad, threw it at her face, and then that’s when he began to punsh her and push her around and yelled. my mom was thankful i wasnt there bc she said she was afraid that if i was i would have landed myself in the hospital bc of my brother. well anyways, my mom said she called the police off of a wired phone that we have and my brother got pissed off and took the wiring out so that way she couldn’t keep on the line with the police.
so, the police ended up showing up and asking both of them questions and since my mom is on probation ((for kicking my brother out one of the last times this sorta happened)) she isnt allowed to smoke weed unless she has a med card bc it’s against her probation. well, since the weed my brother took was my moms, she’s getting in trouble for it.
she had to see her P.O today and she just came back home a little bit ago and i asked what he said and she told me that she has to go back on the 26th ((i believe)) and i asked why and she said bc she’s going to jail.
i then looked at my brother, started yelling at him and crying telling him that our mom shouldn’t have to get in trouble for HIS actions. so now my mom has to figure out where im going to go bc she doesn’t want me to go back to foster care when none of this was my fault. but she said that she doesn’t care if my brother goes to foster care bc this is bc of his actions. i mean technically it’s my moms fault too bc she had weed when she wasn’t supposed to but still. my brother is an abusive asshole and i don’t know what to do. -

@xay-is-hot-duh It’s a relief that you aren’t going to any sort of mental hospital, that’s for sure - I’m happy about that. Does your brother have any ground as to anything that can lessen his current behavior? Is he only like that at certain times, or always?

I’m sorry that you and your mom have to go through his episodes. Regarding the weed though, I understand that it’s for medicinal purposes, and there’s nothing wrong about that, but for her to take the blame because of your brother, isn’t right, obviously.
I hope he’ll turn out okay, and I hope that you and your mom can recover from this. Has her shoulder healed? -

@xay-is-hot-duh Oh my gosh… I’m absolutely shook your brother is this way! He should go to juvenile jail for his crimes against you guys. That’s terrible… At least your mom is trying to look after you and cares. Im so sorry you’re related to this brother and that your mom has to suffer because of it. Sure, she also shouldn’t have violated rules on probation, but she also doesn’t deserve that rage baby son (no offence).
