What does being a leader mean to you?

this was one of my questions in my section leader interview, i wanna see what you think being a leader means

Being able to direct one or more people towards a goal successfully.

@a7x-isbetter-thanu Being a leader to me means that, even prior to everything, you’re well perceived in the trust that others may put into you in order to become a reliant guiding figure.
Typically leaders will lead a given situation or goal to satisfy what they’re after, and for the sake of everyone as well ^^

my answer was:

i think being a leader means to be someone to look to and someone to listen to, someone who shows you the way by example.

@The-Onceler I’m pretty sure we’d rather a good leader over just a leader

@The-Onceler Everyone would probably want a good leader, haha.
They’d be more efficient in their abilities ^^
