“I’m thinking about leaving this shitty ass site”
Then leave.
I’m sorry I don’t wanna sugar coat, just leave tho.
You didn’t give us an option to be like leave if you want, it’s just “leave no one wants you” here which inclines
Us to pick the other one because we feel bad.
I don’t know mom that’s human psychology to my logic, but yeah,
It’s like you’re saying
Should I stop doing art
And then the options are
Yes cause you suck
Or
Noo you’re amazing
You’re obviously gonna pick the 2nd one
(Most people would.)
But yeah. -
@7o2_an-a I agree about how you kind of “have no options” lol. Because you kind of don’t have any. But I also know that these questions aren’t really questions. They are seeks of validation. Which everyone needs validation in some way. Even if Tsu was going to stay anyways, having others want her to stay helps with her feel validated for her already desire to stay. People doubt to continue doing things they want all the time. Like in your art example. Self doubt comes from lack of confidence. And when you doubt continuing doing something you already know you want to do, that’s when people ask around for other people’s opinions. Self confident people are secure in their decisions and desires without needing someone else to remind them why they should do what they want.
Now when someone asks if they should do something obviously bad… Like asking if they should kill themself. That’s not even a real question. Who really would say to them they should kill themself? It’s more of a cry for someone to validate with reasons for their existence. Which is why I hate when people just reply “Of course you shouldn’t kill yourself” because that’s not even what they are actually looking to hear. The real question is “Why”
