SO I wanna be able to do planche push ups and explosive push ups and be able to do a bunch of reps of them I’m also adding dead man push ups and finger tip push ups I’m also adding pull ups and chin ups and maybe some v-ups mountain climbers Russian twist and some leg ups maybe some crunches yeah a lot of stuff
