I'm kinda paranoid right now. (TW: Sensitive context and death?)

What happened
My parents keep talking about zombies in front of me when they know, i get paranoid and overthink too much, they don’t care. When my dad went out to work and My mom walks him out the door, i see this like vision ish of a zombie pushing my dad and eating his stomach, making my 2 year old scream and my mom scream, leaving my dad to die. I actually cried. As i know, most of my visions (i call them), are bad and about death, i cry to them. I actually prayed to god to make me not have them anymore. Now that my dad came back, i might ask him did anything happen, but it’s rude (to me). And Whenever he left for work, i never had something like that. I keep having random dreams about zombies and visions about zombies. I don’t want zombies.
Question
But speaking of Visions…Do you guys know what these things are actually like…Called? I need to know.

Am i still having these visions?
Yes i quite still am having these visions.I started having them at January 1st 2018 And They Stopped on January 1st 2023. But came back on January 4th 2023.

I’ve heard of these instances before, Ema - they’re called intrusive thoughts, and they’re typically thoughts that are unwanted and such, and appear at any given circumstance.
I’m really sorry about that paranoia - I hope you’re parents are willing to come to an understanding about that.
