I wanna go to college someday.

And by ‘someday’, I mean possibly next semester.

My entire grade (sophomores) went to MCC (Morgan community college) for a wonderful day full of learning experiences and fun.
The first guy taught us about how we could get a commercial drone-flight license, which I thought was pretty badass. In other classrooms we built things with lego-like sets, we did a bit of trivia, we rerouted circuitry into lighting and motorwork, we learned about how to dissect the bones of animals and place them into a model for viewing, and we basically learned how to be prepared for any future we might want to go for.

Just in case anyone’s not feeling up to the costs college after high school, some high schools offer concurrent enrollment which lets you earn college credits while in high school by replacing one of your classes with a zoom class. Of course, this also gives you the required high school credit. The best part is that it’s entirely paid for by your school depending where you go. For me, the courses are entirely free as long as I’m in FMHS.
