first off holding a pistol with one hand and shooting it would hit u in the face cuz of recoil
second countering a punch with another punch at the usual speed of an anime character would shatter the bones in your entire arm and possibly beyond and the same goes for kicks
flaming swords would melt
and the average anime character would not be able to move that fast

@kitkatgirlie also, if you were to be punched hard enough to break through several brick walls, you would probably just get impaled from that much force unless its a punch from something big
