i don't have emetophobia but

feeling like i’m about to puke is just the worst thing ever, out of everything i experience in my life, vomiting makes me more uncomfortable than anything else
nobody likes feeling sick, i know, but it gives me really bad anxiety and i can’t even explain it other than i just freak out and cry
i might have emetophobia idk, but i don’t think it’s that bad where i’d say i have a phobia

@Namira Yeah I feel the same, I’ve had at least 2-3 Stomach bugs this year. All lasting 1-7 days.

and moving from one place to another even if it’s just 2 feet away is horrid.Your body become very VERY Sensitive
