here are some that have helped me with basic anatomy :D

Firstly, With anatomy, you need to know about boxes and 3D Boxes in order to draw a torso!

Once you know how to use these boxes, you can practically use it in any turn!

Even with posing, All of the basic shapes to make up the chest, butt, and head are made out of boxes and circles!

Why don’t you try? Try drawing a box for the torso, and a box for the bottom half, then try drawing a body! For practice, I recommend using a red and blue color pencil to Identify the box from the body.

You can also use this site I use called ‘Magic poser WEB’ I use it to help with my anatomy, Either tracing certain parts I need to really learn like hands, Faces, and Torso to hip ratio, or just getting your own pose in general https://webapp.magicposer.com/

With this site, you can change the camera angle, Sunlight angle, Change certain features like a rotation in the leg or arm or head ect, you can use already posed presets to pose your Anatomy and change certain details if you want.

This is actually helpful though, because while I might procrastinate and never really get to it, I’ve been wanting to get into drawing; relying on Picrew and reference images drawn by other people just to use for my characters is lame and often inaccurate, I want to be able to draw my characters the way I imagine them and not based on the few materials I’m given to recreate them with clothes they wouldn’t even wear, y’know?

Point being I’d really love to get good at drawing, but it’d take years for me to just get good at it.
But if I do get into it, I’ll keep you updated on my progress :)
