Need advice and some closure

I am sore. I have been in pain for four days and received two shots in the same arm. I am trying to rest. Mom tells me that I need to clean my room. I asked her if I could do it once I am healed. Mom says no. My girlfriend keeps messaging me since I am not in school. I tell her to stop. She messages me again. I tell her to stop again and that I’ll tell her when I am done with the task. She messages me again. I start fucking tweaking and scream into my pillow. Mom tells me to stop. She tells me to take the heavy clothes basket down into the basement. My upper arms fucking hurt. I asked for her help. She says no. I’m going to cry. I want to cry so badly. I am so stressed out right now; it’s not funny. I have a test coming up that I failed previously. I have not been studying. I am starting to believe most of my friends don’t want to hang out with me anymore because of my constant absence. I can’t help that I am in pain. I can’t help it when I get sick. I can’t help it when I am healing. I can’t help it when trying to hold my flimsy social structure with duct tape and some school glue. I can’t help it that I am anxious as fuck and depressed. I can’t fucking help it. I can’t help myself. I am so tired of trying.

It’s okay to have feelings. So if you wanna cry or need to cry, Let it all out. Don’t hold them.back and bottle them up. You have feelings too because YOU are a human. So if you just wanna scream, or cry, Then do it. Nobody is stopping you. Because you’re letting out your feelings. I hope things get better soon
