Fetus in Fetu. It’s not necessarily a " disease" if you will. it can’t be caught you’re born with it. Your unborn twin is a parasite inside of you. It’s not necessarily alive but it is feeding upon you, causing it to grow legs, arms and even genitals. Usually found in the brain or stomach.
