I keep pickig them, nothing works, gauze, nope, marble mash? no. im just picking picking, then i regret it afterwards. i currently have two tissues around my fingers, thumb and index, ON THE SAME HAND. My index is burning, stinging, throbbing, and the picking has gone to literally The FRONT OF MY FONGER. And it stongs, badly, i gotta attack tape around it, but it really hurts, and I dont know what to do about it. I cant stop.

ive dug at my index too deep. it stings the SLIGHTEST pit of pressure, and ot hurts, so badly.
