I stick to a routine, and when that routine is skipped- or unneeded, I become unmotivated, like, the need to do nothing but doom scroll and do absolutely nothing like I used to do everyday, and it’s been going around 2-4pm, mostly around them times, any suggestions on what to do to remove this habit of unmotivation?

Soverign You can try and go outside and get fresh air, whenever I finish doing something, I take some time outside to reflect on some things, and then once I’m refreshed, I may go back in and do something else, otherwise I would continue staying outside, getting groceries done or just taking a walk.

        I don't know

Its so easy to get distracted scrolling or playing games on a device and it really just sucks your motivation out. "Why clean my room when i can play a game which is much more fun?’ or quick five minute scroll breaks turn into half an hour.

When you get home from school don’t touch shit and just get straight to homework. Afterwards is when you can relax.

Its not even unmotivation half of the time. Its procrastinating.Rotting in your bed, being lazy sure isn’t productive, but it’s easier to chew than the mouthful that doing something productive is. “i’ll do it tomorrow” “i’ll do it this weekend” Is a bad mindset to have that i myself am struggling with. It’s hard, but sometimes you just need to force yourself to get the fuck up and do something

          God forgives but I don't.

zof Well it’s more of a ‘Oh hey I’m usually supposed to do this’ but like sometimes it’s ‘Oh I don’t need to this today’, In which I do it often which gets my systems confused and just get me unmotivated because I haven’t had time to think what I would’ve done if that really happened, it’s hard to explain.
