I've been fired...

So I started work on a forum site basically a month after I joined, and I went through various positions to name them all, I was Beginner mod, forum services manager, mod again, investigations manager, moderation manager and then finally, global moderator, this was all over the span of 10 months. Monday morning, I wake up to find that i’m not apart of the staff group anymore and all my privileges are gone. I panic and ask all my mod friends what’s going on, none of them know. I then DMed one of the co-admins and they ignore me. I don’t even know anymore, I loved working on that site and i’m seriously hurt that they’d just let me go without feeling the need to even explain what’s going on.

the admins seem to ignore things they deem unimportant and it irritates me. Then they hyperfocus on little things that are idiotic and stupid instead of the actual important issues.

i was on. I got sick of lying that i was thirteen [i’m twelve] and just fessed up to the mods because i was being inconsistent with my ages and like four different mods were up my ass.
i doubt i’ll rejoin though.

Update, I saw the co-admin who ignored me in dms on shoutbox (a big groupchat) so I asked him to respond to my dms even said please and he downright just said no… what??

Dude, the ‘anonymous, unknown website’ has seriously been pissing me off lately. They’re so overly strict about the most futile things and they ignore major problems. Nah, cuz fuck you mean we’re not allowed to upvote on eotf…?? THATS MAINLY WHERE EVERYONE POSTS 😭

I seriously had considered leaving a while ago, the main issue with that was of the friends I made. I can’t leave my gng 🥹 I might become less active on there, who knowz. Maybe my nosyass is compelled enough to post occasionally 👅 -
What pisses me off is that I can’t say anything negative to anyone, I hate like 48% of people on that site. I said earlier in shoutbox something like ‘We’d have more users if we were less strict’ and then the co-admin comes in and says ‘I expect better from you.’ but like, I was just expressing my opinion??

Even if it’s just civil, respectful disagreements, they lock the topic before anyone can even respond back properly. (Which, I must add: causes even higher tension between users in most cases 😿)
I understand that it’s to keep the community safe and peaceful, but doing so leads to even more shit posting since people don’t wanna risk having an actual constructive topic ruined for some stupid reason. Although, the blame can also be shafted upon the users as well- 😞 -
