i cant with the everlasting days of repetition of this stress, everyday i get the same thoughts whether abt my mom or someone else’s mental health, and im just so tired of it but i can never leave them, its like a fucking burning sensation and i hate it so much, i hate being grown like this and i wish i could just disappear and never have to care about this shit ever again, i dont want to be located no more, i just fucking cant take it anymore i hate it so much then like 30 mins to an hour later im better again then it just repeats every singular fucking day i hate it so much.

all i can say is stay strong, because you are. ive seen it a little… a tip for you is that… anyone can say anything but in the end its your decision and your battle to fight to be happy… no one is “normal” or “well” we all have some sadness, we all have mistakes too. its whats after that matters, stay strong bro you got this, you are strong.
look at the positives too, other peoples battles arent one you should fight, because you have your own.
