Shadow Depression is tough, especially these days, the world is a harsh place to be right now. I dealt with depression for a long time, it came in waves. I had these outbreaks where I’d be so depressed I wouldn’t talk to people for days, even weeks on end and I ended up losing some good people in my life over it. It was hard for a while, it felt like I was alone because there weren’t a lot of people who understood how I was feeling.
But that’s alright, because there was always people who did understand too, and when I was down, they would pick me up, that’s the wonderful thing about life. Depression has sort of a tunnel vision effect, it tries to block out what makes you happy. But just keep your head up, there seems to be a lot of people here that care. Talk to someone, let them help you feel better, because, at least for my case, I don’t want people to feel depressed, because out of my own experience, it stinks.
I know I’ve made it a point to not be close to anyone on MPP and MPPC, and I don’t mean to change that, but I’m here to talk if you need to man.
And that goes for everyone else too.
