The Hole In The Changing Room

This story isn’t really even a horror story, it’s just rather disturbing, and I feel like schools should do more to prevent things like this, it’s not right, we’re underage kids having to dress out, and they don’t even let us do it in the bathroom. That’s wrong, on so many levels, it’s violating our privacy.
This starts off around my 2nd week of 6th grade, and my school does this thing where we have the first semester in P.E and the last semester of the year in Computer science. My first semester was P.E, and since we still hadn’t bought our uniforms since school had just started, the first week we just wore our normal school uniforms, but around the 3rd or 2nd week of school we needed to wear our P.E uniforms otherwise our points would be taken away. At the time of 6th grade, I was a “good” kid I guess you could say, and I cared a lot about my points so I always tried my best to keep them up; but when we had to start dressing out, I didn’t want to because I had my insecurities. I’d spoken to the teacher and asked if I could just dress out in the bathroom, and she said no. I honestly don’t see why I shouldn’t be able to dress out in privacy, it’s not like I’m doing something wrong, I just want privacy. But she said, either we change in the locker room, in front of everyone OR we could go to the showers and change there, but I feel that’s weird both ways. The showers are right in front of the teachers office, and she has a big window where she can see us dressing out, and I didn’t feel safe doing that so I just asked if I could go in the other showers where there was a curtain that covered me, and she still said no. And once again, what’s so wrong about me wanting privacy? Nothing, but eventually I just gave up and went to a corner of the showers and tried to cover myself with some boxes, and the rest of that period was ‘normal’ I guess, but you know that feeling when you feel like someone is watching you and your little neck hairs raise? Yeah, that. I had that feeling. Anyways, since I had P.E for 6th period, i only had one more period til the school day was over, and the rest of that day went normal, until I went to go look for my brother and these two boys who I could swear I’ve never seen before just tell me “my friend saw you dressing out.” My heart dropped, it terrified me, the thought that it wasn’t just me, but other girls they saw too. They ran away after, and I didn’t see their face very well, but I then ran crying to my brother and told him and he said they were probably joking but there’s no way they knew I had P.E or even that I dressed out that day. The next day I explained to the teacher that I didn’t wanna dress out because of the situation but she didn’t believe me and she said I had no proof to defend myself.
I honestly don’t understand why schools can’t do more about situations like this. -
