Used to make just one a day
It’s just that lately my perfection’s in the way of me
and I can’t draw dis-card to break free.

Wish I could write more, care less
write more and care less

Sometimes I’m angry I’m not doing better than I thought I’d do at this point
I punish myself by depriving my health of the things that I like until I fix this.
But that doesn’t even help I just get more depressed and do even less cause I can’t work when I’m stressed

and ignoring my friends means when I’m finally done there’ll be no one left to make this all worth it.

Understandable, but the thing is friends are worth having for depressive situations and anything. I feel you.

@Lucid Whoa. I love poetry a lot. My favorite part is when it expresses how you feel or think, and says it in a rhythmic way that just speaks. Thanks for sharing, Lucid : ) I hope you’re alright though… I know life makes you feel vulnerable to pain and suffering. It makes you want to just not want to feel anything. Care about nothing. And make sure nothing can cause you to suffer any longer. The best and most saving grace for anyone who’s going through something is to talk to someone. I know you just want to ignore friends and stuff. But sometimes they’re the crutches you didn’t know you had.

@Lucid Well hold on just a moment. There are plenty of other people in the world who would absolutely care about you. Like myself. I know it’s hard to believe it, but. I do care. If your friends left you in the dust, then that’s kind of on them. They clearly weren’t a real chum in the first place. Even if they feel like friends, they couldn’t you be true friends. You know real friends stay with you through the toughest of spots. Especially through the tough spots. If you ever want to talk, you can 100% dm me. I’m always around.

It’s a great song but it’s also just misty plagiarizing a seriously great developer and songwriter.
