@K-A-D-E i did a lot for an hour an a half i did oblisticals (idk how to spell it) that pull up thing with the weights at 15lbs strecthes some more weight lifting because i cant remember the names by heart
that thing you use to hold down your knees while you pull the weights above you -

@rylie-is-hot-duh the pull up machine? the one with multiple places for your hand to do pull ups with your knees on a platform? thats for your body core, andi recommend putting the pin as low as u can, so u can handle ur own body weight
