like i have people around me but i just feel alone and i zone out a lot. i dont ever really talk anymore, i expressed feelings through songs and poetry and thats abt it.

@maybenot-finneas I’ve kinda had this same feeling not too long ago, it does end up going away though. Is there someone that you miss or something?(that’s why I felt this way)

I feel the same, and it’s been happening since 2020. It does get better though, you just have to see the world through an optimistic lens. Keep going.

@maybenot-finneas Ohh, I see. Well when did that start? Was it when your uncle passed?

@maybenot-finneas I used to deal with this a lot. I had friends but even though, i’d struggle to find my place, I’d feel lonely, but at the same time, i hated feeling lonely so i’d get depressed. It’s a completely normal thing, could be the result of depression, feeling empty due to loss, etc. Dont feel left out though, your friends care about you and will be there for you when you’re ready!
