i need help....bad...like..bad

so one of my friends told me something that made me hella insecure and I feel like I cant tell her it made me insecure bc I’m not sure if she was like joking as a best friend or dead ass serious so I was like crying my forking eyes out last night bc of what she said and some other stuff- and i needed to talk to someone so i texted one of my friends and they said “cant on a call” when i was having a breakdown and i was always there for them I MEAN THEY HAD A breakdown AT 2:00 AM
AND I WAS THERE FOR THEM…so i feel alone and i cant even tell my mom bc shes just- my mom- so yeah kill me:)
