What are your definitions on what a man is and what a woman is?

I don’t see how what gender you identify as really affects who you are- Like if you identify as a pineapple that doesn’t change your personality. -._-.
Everything would be simpler if there was only one gender which would be like- human. And everyone would just be called they/them. And then there are people with cough something in their pants, and people with something else.
I’m not like- transphobic or phobic towards any gender identity. I just think it’d be a lot simpler if there was only one
