Nahh Breathin regularly through your mouth is bad for you???

Bruh I found this out randomly yesterday on my computer

And turns out the side effects when your older make your chin look flat like them characters from bobs burgers.

When I seen that I thought about life for a while, and instantly switched to nose breathing.

And I somehow learn habits in a day, so i’m doing it like its a normal thing now, now im all good (:

Also mouth breathing causes snoring too, so I didn’t snore at all last night

I’m lucky the side effects of mouth breathing didn’t happen at all to me,
prolly cause I used to breathe different, and switched from breathing through my nose and mouth randomly. Or because it takes a long time for the effects to happen,
But im all good now since I switched (:

JDP_Random i think the only time ur breathing through ur mouth is if ur neck is slightly elevated more then its supposed to be… but who doesnt breath through their nose? and who thinks about breathing through their mouth :/
