So, Iโve been trying to avoid talking about this since I hate worrying people, but my therapist just said 3 days ago that I have melancholic depression. I cry anytime I miss something or someone, and most of my time is spent wishing I could go back to the better days. Every dream I have is a lucid one, meaning I get to spend more time in memories as if Iโm there. And tbh, I sometimes wish I could stay in those dreams forever, and never come back.
Sorry for being such a fuckin downer, just needed to vent.
