How long can you put off a conversation? How long can you really save their feelings? It’s gotta happen one way or another. If it’s important, putting it off till later might damage you both. Might not give you both what you need. You need to learn when to tell someone “I can’t put this off any longer to save your feelings” when they ask to stop, a little too much. It’s hard to see someone in pain or troubled from something like that, but if you’re in pain too you gotta suck up the guilt and pity you feel for them sometimes.

@Hexed-To-Death So true. People dont speak up about things to spare the hard feelings but if you ask me, it’s better to be up front the first time rather cooping it up. Letting someone know how you feel the first time gives them that security of you being honest with them, and gives them time to work on the mistake before it gets worse. It would be kind of your fault for letting things continue because you didn’t tell them how you felt in the first place.

so true and that also takes communication from both sides, sometimes people put it off in fear of others reactions so make sure youre open-minded in platonic/romantic relationships so you guys can have healthy communication and dont react like 5 year olds.
