insomnia (again)
I stopped having pills and staying more time on the computer, now I kind of regret it a little bit now, since it’s not the first time this happens. In fact. I’ve had this multiple times already
I’m worried for my health. I sometimes got sick because of it, while constantly having multiple headaches.
I feel like I should sleep but I can’t. Everytime it’s 2 or 3 AM I decide to go to bed but something makes me stay awake all night and (no joke) I got heavily scared for it, as if I knew for having my old habit this thing came back. And I get too fucking stressed for it and just want it to end but it simply can’t; because it’s not… easy
My head hurts a lot so does my eyes, and my body feels weak. If someone knows a better possible way to help I would thank it a lot.

The 3, 2, 1 method is one that helped me when my insomnia was really bad, 3 hours before bed no food, 2 hours before bed is relaxation and 1 hour before bed no electronics
