i had a night

so, my moms in the hospital right now, she fell off her workout thing and i forgot the exact thing they said but basically she did something to her neck and she could’ve died. so, i ended up having 3 panic attacks. the first 2 weren’t bad, but the last one was so horrible that im still shaking. so i went to go get my mental health evaluated, and i ended up on 2 new meds for my anxiety and for my depression. i feel a lot better now, i got to talk to someone who just listened for hours and i got to rant about my feelings and everything, and now im actually pretty good, still shaking a little bit and stuff but i’ll be okay. i just needed to vent and get that out.
