For those of you that don’t know, on January 5, 2022, I tried to kill myself for the first time. I kept it fairly under wraps because I didn’t want anyone to worry or anything. It’s been 2 years since that day, so I went out to the bridge with Parker and just sat there on my laptop, on mpp, chilling and talking to him. It was honestly so much more healing than I expected to make peace with the place where I’ve been at my worst at. I just, got to be there and in the moment. It was honestly so perfect ngl. But, I’m just glad I survived myself man, I’ve honestly been my own worst enemy for years, but each time I bounce back better and I’m in therapy, surrounded by supporting people and happier now, so thank you for everyone thats been there with me <333

I just wanted to share that you CAN make it, and that you CAN get better, and the dark doesn’t last forever. Let people in, talk to people, whoever that may be, therapist, parent, friend, lover, whoever. Let it out, you’ll get better and my dms are always open <3
