Did a little silly and made myself an OC. Is this good?

Name: Lara Hashida, formerly Lara Justice. Sometimes deployed as ‘Hazel’, though it may be a rare occasion.
Appearance: Female, age of 43. Has white hair, but the length varies. Blue eyes. Her accessories vary. Mainly wears a white coat with black pants and a black shirt. Still has her tactical belt with a Glock and Radio, along with her pocket knife attached to her shoulder.

Lara is currently an operative within a faction, but may also deploy as a simple Medical Department member. She has a child-like mentality. Especially at an adult age, her mentality makes her a little childish, as well as during deployments. Most of all, her expression is neutral.
She has the ability to actively summon any desired item with a size limit from her left back pocket, which anomalously manifests on any clothing or uniform. Most of all, the only thing she summons are raw eggs to eat, and dish soap to drink. Lara also has a specific ability to read minds, but she may use it as a magic trick or for friendly purposes, as well as giving someone their favourite flower, or giving somebody a bowl of their favourite food.
So far, Lara is a generally healthy human, but her mental health may be unstable, which can cause violent attacks against specific personnel in which quote-on-quote ‘she hates’.[File 2 : Updated Information]
New discoveries have been made for Lara, in which it will be listed below. Crazy, right?
- Lara actually has a little sibling, codename “Wrath”. She is actually very protective over her sibling, and may actually injure someone or even kill if wanted to as she can get mad easily over little things which involve something bad about Wrath. They both are in the same faction, and are generally chill.
- Lara has the desired ability to eat and drink any matter, especially a rock, with no difficulty biting, but digestion may be difficult. Exception for raw eggs and dish soap.
- Lara’s ability to program and hack robots has advanced, as well as the ability to hack an AIC, including holograms with a USB. Since some may have a better anti-virus, it doesn’t really work on her - unless her knowledge on programming has advanced. She hacked AI Hologram C.A.S.S.I.E twice, in which she calls him ‘Cass’. Lara uses him against people in which she bullies them. She still feels pleased about this, and makes fun of them for it.
- Despite the fact that Lara has been severely hurt and in critical condition several times, she is still alive, making her seem immortal - but unlikely due to past iterations.
- She may develop flashbacks due to bad memories, meaning Lara can zone out at times.
