Update on the lump on my gums

It’s a tooth abscess.
If it bursts, I have to be careful not to swallow the pus or I could get severely sick.
I have to go to a doctor to get it drained and remove the pus, or else I could get a near-fatal infection or some shit. (or get some antibiotics I guess)
And apparently in some cases people have to get the tooth removed.
