Why does this keep showing up on the bottom of my screen?

It’s one of the post things, but whenever I click on it nothing pops up and it just stays there and it’s annoying cuz you know how the chats get weird when you have multiple opened? That thing keeps getting in the way
And I just wanted to know if it’s showing up for anyone else

YES ITS BEEN THERE FOR ME
It happened when I tried to reply to a post that got deleted, now anytime it click on it, it just makes the eye pop up or go away. I don’t think there’s a way to get rid of it for me
