storytime from 8th grade

so theres this kid, we’ll call him S. S is not very bright but yet still is in IB, no one knows how. so we’re in math [Algebra 1] class and my teacher said “S, your test score is your age minus 2. see me after class please” for the WHOLE class to hear. bro got a 12 on his test
then after class, i stayed after cause i had tutoring and soccer, that man [the teacher] said and i quote “you will be on the streets begging for spare change if you don’t apply yourself in class to learn and do well on these things.”
SO the next day of school, S shows up with a mug, shaking it in peoples face yelling “spare change” but like how a ghost says boooooo in movies. and my math teacher was just shocked.
like W him for taking that insult and turning it into a power ig??? bro made a few dollars too, but i stole them when he put his mug down
