I’ve just been thinking about this

if I harm people for pissing me off, does that make me crazy if they were the one pushing their luck?
if I kill people for going out of their way to frustrate me and argue with me, does it make me a bad person?
does it make me a psychopath for thinking thoughts of murder if it’s the fault of the people around me?

I rarely have thoughts of self-harm because I never think of harming myself, because I often know I’m not the fault of things, so i’d rather hurt the people around me because I know it’s their fault
but I have constant thoughts of harming other people in fucked up ways, and I know i’d never do it
but it’s an urge that I can’t help

sometimes people should stop pissing off other people when they don’t know what’s going on in the head of that person
it wouldn’t prevent every murder but it would prevent some, don’t you think?

it’s a lot like wild animals
        we are wild animals
people just refuse to accept that they’re animals because “hah, we’re too good for that!!” no, we’re too low for that

that tiger didn’t maul your husband to death because it went crazy and it was a psychopath
        that tiger tigered

        and more often than not
people die from being murdered because they fucked with someone
        and not “just because”

@Namira I hate when people go out of their way to make someone’s life miserable. I think those thoughts are normal to think in that situation. It, I think, would be a serious problem if the thoughts become very unwanted and persistent and/or you have to stop yourself from actually harming people. But I understand feeling guilt for these thoughts. How I see it is, over time, it’s just what happens when someone experiences consistent emotional stress from the same people/person. I wouldnt call it being psychotic, I think it’s more like emotional trauma.

Is this something you experience with even random people at school who make you mad?

@Duchess Yeah, it’s usually so frequent that I think it about almost everyone that irritates me

@Namira Then I would think that that is rooted in how you grew up an were taught to emotionally handle situations. If you want to fix this problem, it would take a stepping back emotionally and mentally and take a breath when people irritate you. it would take a long time of mental practice and determination to change how you think, but i dont think that’s impossible. There is an video you can listen to on either spotify or youtube by HealthyGamer (Dr K) about how to change your personality, and though I dont think or what you to do that, it could have some useful information on how to change your thinking and emotionally handle irritating people.
