As some of you are turning into teenagers, others already are, you may have problems with skin and skin care. Here are some products I use on a basis to keep my skin good.

(Optional) First, I wipe any makeup off the face. Make sure to get everything! You can also use these if you don’t have makeup on your face.

I use an Exfoliating Face scrub to get the dirt and dead skin cells off. For the tweens, It’s good to use a gentle face scrub. It’s also good not to scrub too hard, as it can cause irritation/redness.

YOU DON’T ALWAYS NEED TO USE IT DAILY

This is also optional but, If you wanna remove any dark circles, it’s good to use a moisturizing eye patch.

To finish off, I use a brightening Vitamin C Moisturizer or a normal lotion.

For my lips, It’s good to use a light and gentle LIP Scrub. NOT A FACIAL SCRUB ON THE LIPS.
I put some vaseline on them or use a plain lip balm and for style, add a gloss.

And for tweens and some teens, it’s important to remember that less is more when it comes to skincare. While it may be tempting to reach for the latest anti-aging creams and serums that promise youthful-looking skin, it’s crucial to opt for simple and gentle products instead.

Here’s a summary of what you can use.

      • Gentle Cleansing: A mild, hydrating cleanser is perfect for removing any dirt, oil, and impurities accumulated throughout the day.

      • Moisturize: A light, fragrance-free moisturizer will help maintain the skin’s hydration levels without clogging pores.

      • Sunscreen: This is non-negotiable! Daily sunscreen application is the best anti-aging defense. Look for broad-spectrum sunscreens with SPF 30 or higher to protect against UV damage.

      • Healthy Habits: Encourage a healthy diet, adequate sleep, and regular exercise. These habits contribute to overall skin health and a natural glow.

@A38 My skin is fairly easy to care for. for some reason, It only get a few pimples on the forehead and left cheek on my periods

So that’s mostly why I get gentle and not that many products Haha
